Sara Beay - Founder

Hi, my name is Sara and I am owner and CEO of Lavender & Birch. This business was birthed from my love for creating cozy, inviting spaces. I don’t believe that your home should just be a place where you exist; it should be a reflection of yourself, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you. Helping clients present their homes in the best light for selling or feel comfortable in their current homes, all while creating bonds with them during the process, is a true joy to me.

I will always be people-focused. Whether you are a staging client, design client or customer at our storefront, my desire is for you to feel welcome, listened to and valued! I can’t wait to work with you.

Hi! My name is Casey and I am a staging assistant at Lavender & Birch. I love that this job gives me the opportunity to see so many different houses. From large and impressive to quaint and quirky, I love the experience of working with them all.

When I am not working, I love to spend my time outdoors. Fishing, hiking, swimming, you name it! I love the ability I have to be active both at work and at play.

I am the wife of a wonderful husband and mother to 4 amazing children. I love spending time with family, going to my children’s sporting events, and capturing beauty through photography. One thing clients should know about me is that I truly care about the details. I believe the little things make a big difference, and I always strive to ensure everything feels organized, seamless, and thoughtfully executed.


What I appreciate most about working for Lavender & Birch and Grove Commons is the opportunity to combine organization, client communication, and creativity in one role. Being part of a team that is dedicated to excellence and delivering beautiful results makes the work especially fulfilling.

Hi, all! Born and raised in Colorado, I developed a love for sports and the outdoors. Whether it be skiing, tennis or basketball, I love being active and competitive. I now live in the midwest with my wife of 8 years and our two incredible daughters. Being a husband and father is my favorite adventure yet.

Working at Lavender & Birch has been such a joy to me! The team here is amazing. They all carry themselves with positive attitudes and a great work ethic, creating a fantastic atmosphere to work in. I also enjoy working with our clients! It has been so fun to meet so many different people and partner with them to accomplish their project goals. I look forward to working with you too!
